Bus Charters

Book one of our customized 28 or 40 passenger buses for your own event or to provide transport to one of our adventures. Our buses are available when we are not running rafting tours and throughout the winter months for charters on Vancouver Island or to anywhere within the Province of BC.

The 28 passenger bus is a vintage 1977 International that has been converted specifically for river rafting operations. However, don't let the age fool you - most of the running gear, including the engine and transmission have recently been replaced and we follow a strict maintenance and service schedule to ensure safe and efficient operations. Amenities include washroom & change room facilities, sink, overhead racking, clothes hanging storage and cargo room inside the rear of the bus. We also have trailering capability if you have a lot of equipment to bring on your trip.

The 40 passenger is a 1991 Bluebird that has also been converted for river rafting operations. Amenities include washroom & change room facilities, clothes hanging storage and cargo room inside the rear of the bus. Again, we also have trailering capability.

Charter Rates:

Custom quotes are available for your specialized charter. Please check with us for pricing. All rates include the services of an experienced, licensed professional driver.

Hourly: $79 per hour, minimum 2 hour charge. Time over the 2 hour minimum is charged per half hour increments.

Daily: $495 per day plus fuel costs (28 passenger is propane powered, 40 passenger is diesel). Most companies charge a minimum of 10 times the hourly rate as a day rate. We believe that we provide a more cost effective option that reflects your actual driving time by charging a lower day rate plus fuel.

Ski Shuttle: Ski charters to Mt. Washington are available during the 2007/08 season. No scheduled service is planned at this time but may be added based on demand.

Other Costs: Base charter rates do not include driver gratuity, ferry fares, parking or toll fees. These fees will be added to the charter if applicable. Use of our open trailer is available at an additional $40 per day charge. Overnight charters will be charged $40 per day for the driver's meal allowance. Driver accommodation (single only) must also be provided or will be added to the charter costs.

Note: 5% GST will be added to all charter rates.
